Effective Date: March 01, 2026. TONNO.DEV provides paid digital services including web design/development, website administration, UX/UI, ADA-related work, SEO, consulting, and related support. Scope is defined per proposal, invoice, or agreement. Payment terms may be negotiated, but an upfront payment is required to begin. Remaining balances are due within 7 days of completion. Each project includes 3 revisions; extra revisions are $10 each. Client delays, missing materials, or poor communication may extend the timeline and may add a 15% extension fee. A 15-day support period covers typo, grammar, minor bug, and broken-link fixes only. Ownership stays with TONNO.DEV until paid in full. We may showcase completed work. Florida law governs.

Effective Date: March 01, 2026. TONNO.DEV may collect and use customer information needed to provide services, including name, business name, phone, email, address, EIN, public business data, payment records, project files, communications, IP address, cookies, and technical usage data. We use this information to deliver services, process payments, communicate, maintain records, improve operations, prevent fraud, and protect our business. We may share data with payment processors, hosting providers, platforms, tools, contractors, or authorities when reasonably necessary. We do not sell customer data for cash. We may retain records as needed for legal, tax, security, and business purposes. We may showcase non-confidential completed work.

Effective Date: March, 01, 2026. All payments to TONNO.DEV are non-refundable. No cash refunds, returns, or reversals are provided for booked, in-progress, completed, scheduled, custom, or digital services. However, approved amounts may be converted into service credit valid for 3 months from the date issued. Credit is non-cash, non-transferable unless approved in writing, and may be used only for eligible future services. Deposits, booking fees, rush fees, and project-start payments are non-refundable. No refund will be given for client delay, non-response, change of mind, or project abandonment. Revisions and the post-completion support period are the remedy for in-scope issues. Chargebacks may result in suspended service and withheld deliverables and/or civil-lawsuits.
